Do i just undue the top mounts and then they drop out? simple as that?

Theres a bolt holding it to the axle underneath too.

The top one can be a pain in the arse actually, the damper spins when you undo the nut. Either 8mm socket and 17mm spanner or 17mm spanner and mole grips will do it though....
