rear space in a 182

Whats it like , ok for an 2 adults to fit in the back? Is it quite easy to get in and out of the back?

all clios are bad for rear space but i dont care as i am in the front in mine most of the time. puntos are massive compared, pitty they are crap to drive apart from faster models

Which is why it makes me laugh that they went the effort of making it look like a 5 seater, replete with 3 point middle seat belt and headrest.

Even my kids wont sit behind me and theyre only little. So on the very, very rare occasions Ive tried to get 4 in my car (let alone 5), my missus has ended with her legs thru the gap between the front seats.

its going to be a big step up for me coming from a megane coupe, there is NO room in the back of that, cant get anyone behind the drivers seat, there is literally 1 inch of space, so I am looking forward to the extra space!

I wouldnt expect much... its a pain in the arse getting in and out... then you have to spin round and lift up the headrests, otherwise they dig into the top of your back.. and if you go over a bump expect your passengers to get out with a sore head. The only way round it is to do what I do - never have anyone in the back!!!!

sounds like a good compromise to me, no passengers, no-one to moan i am driving too fast and better fuel economy ( <---which i am not looking forward to after coming from a 1.4!)

I know what you mean... I went from a 306 Hdi (50+mpg without trying!!) to a 1.4 astra (40+mpg) to my 172.... Its not the worst by any means (Im sat at 32.6mpg - havent reset for about three months!!) but when your pumping it with Optimax, you can feel the difference in your wallet!!!

my coupe is the same as the convertible, they are nice bucket seats but you cant have legs!

yup we have one - rear seats are a complete waste of time!
