how do u stop them from rattling there starting to p**s me off

pack bubble wrap around the back or sides of them

make sure there fully tight to the parcel board 1st which i would imagine u've done, other means would be some sort of padding around the insides, sum old beed sheeting folding neatly in around where the speakers fit.
