Rear spring rubbers, anyone ran without them?

bought cook sports and cup shocks. Bought car with adjustable rears with the lower threaded cup. If I fit new is without the lower rubbers between spring and beam what will the negatives be?

I've ran without rear spring rubbers and all it does is make the noise of the springs moving on the seats a bit more audible in the car.
They do have some bump stops built in them which also help to locate the spring, but I had no issues with mine and I was on track with it.
