Rear Springs

Am looking at buying some lowering springs, how easy is it to fit lowering springs on rear shocks yourself?
Would be getting the front ones done at garage as head they are harder to fit, but want to try and fit rear ones myself to save on costs.

All i can say is.. get it all done properly mate.
I was going to do 60mm springs standard shocks.. 40mm springs standard shocks.. get a friend to fit them etc etcc.

In the end up i bought the whole Apex 60mm shock & spring kit & got it fitted properly. Well worth it.

Am looking at get 60mm on standard. Would like to get shocks and springs but cant afford it atm. How much does it roughly cost getting it done properly?

Apex spring & shock kit + garage labour.
Betweenn £400- £500.
Just save mate. Its worth it.
