rear suspension height to high !

Hello ive recently put on ta technix coilovers on my car but the height on the back is still really high. If I took the rear adjuster bolts under the spring will it lower the car? Will it be safe ? Will the ride be good ?
If anyone can answer this it would be great thanks

The bolt doesn't affect ride height.
