Rear suspension needs to be raised

My clio needs to be raised in the rear as i have gone up a profile size in tyres, i have gaz coilovers can sumone tell me how to adjust the rear spring adjuster . Whats the best way to do it etc

Using the C-Spanner you got with them?

The annoying thing with the GAZ rear adjusters is they have a grub screw to stop the platforms turning.

On my old set this was seized and was a PITA to adjust!
