rear windscreen help!

my rear windscreen only has three of the little bars working to de-mist it, can they be repared or do you have to get a new window fitted? if needs new window were can you get it done? thank you

You could give this a go http://www.frostfighter.com/index.htm but I think it may be best to pay the excess on your insurance and get a new one or find a second hand boot lid with good glass in your cars colour.
