can anyone help which member does the smooth rear wiper blanking plate any help appriciated

its easy to do i did 1 on my 1.2 i used a dremal to take the raised lip off were the motor pops through. i then just found a bit of scrap plastic glued it on the inside of the hole and then filled it in with dody filler. sand it down, prime, paint, job done

what are the dealer ones like then any pics. is it a smoth plate or just bunged up.
