Rear wiper with a mind of its own...

Sometimes works as it should, mostly it doesn't though.

It refuses to wipe at all, or it wipes constantly (not intermittent) even if all wipers are switched off.

I'm guessing moisture in it somewhere.

Anyone else had something similar? If so, is there an obvious starting point?

I had this last monday.

Just went mad for about 2 minutes constantly. Would turn off or anything.

It aint done it since and has been fine.

Its never clean enough for that.
