Looking at modding my phase 1 172 up a bit more.

It has:

RS Tuner Re-Map
Full Scorpion Exhaust
Clio 172 Cup Gearbox - Shorter Gear Rations
New LUK Clutch
New clio cup 2005 Engine
Pipercross airfilter
Powerflex Engine Mounts - In Progress

Hmmmm what to do.. Any ideas? Any one know of any group buys/good deals on fitted mods about?

I would love throttle bodies they are awesome.

Yea i saw that. Have you got any info on that like how much BHP it will give

around 5-8bhp depending on the severity of the mismatch, great VFM mod

From what I've gathered, the Cup engines' inlets are much better than the FF so getting them upgraded won't unlease that many horses.

What's your budget and what's your suspension like?

If you have the spare cash, inlets and custom remap will free up some power but it might not be worth the extra cash.

hmm sort of true, some cars came with "RS" inlets which are stamped with the letters, these are better than standard but not all cars had them and there's still benefits from matching them

I'd say suspension or brakes before you get much more power TBF

Not really true, later models had RS stamped inlets, which were abit better, however matching to the head can still benefit IMO.
