I got mine replaced. They only replaced the top catch, and now its temprimental wether it opens or not! So yes they will probably replace part, if not, all of it for a new item.

Has anyone on here had issues with the bonnet popping open? That would be bloody terrifying at 70!
If only there were other threads discussing this topic to give you an idea of what to expect. A way to easily search for them would be great!
