I think they are more comfortable than the Treadlines. They are in the Clio 197 R27.

I believe to be more than the Treadlines, but I haven't done a full search.

I'm guessing they also have completely different subframes etc than the Treadlines.

Don't think so, Recaro sub frames to fit a Clio would fit both type of seats?

Not 100% sure though? Either way you'd just buy sub frames to fit the CS seats and and Clio.
