is it possible 2 do a straight swap with some recaro's out of a trophy into my 182 or do i need different subframes?

Well if your taking them straight out from the Trophy they will drop straight into yours.

Otherwise if its just the seat alone. You need the following:

Recaro Frames
Origional Renault seat runners (all the same on mk2)
Pre-Tensioners

Use the subframe and pretensioners already in the car! Need the recaro frame, nothing else.

Airbag lights will come on.

Either get a resistor (many guides on here)

OR have it put on a Renault clip machine and have them disabled, just like the Trophys.

Can get resistors cheap from maplins, or from capital seating. The capital seating one's are the official recaro ones, more expensive but if you plan to put the old seats in (if you sell the car), makes it easier to reconnect the side airbags.
