Seconded. Their customer service is second to none, seriously. A little more pricey, but had a BT engineer out the NEXT DAY (When I worked for BT Broadband, an engineer to could be at least 4 days), and had them out again when my speed still wasn't up to par. The guys at the end of the phone sounded relaxed, and seemed to know exactly who I spoke to before, and what they had done.

Yeah agree....been with zen for a while now......cracking service.
