Hey. Im looking for some front 5 1/4 inch speakers to replace the front speakers in my valver. Can anyone recomend some for around £50. Also does anyone know any good sub and amp packages for around £150?

Cheers

Congrats on the purchase from what I hear you have a good Un there.

£50 would get you an Average set of Alpine Co-Axials or maybe some Components. Will speak to my Bro in Law tomm for you fella.

As for Amp and Sub for £150, IMHO dont bother matey. It will sound a bit pants for that sort of money. You are better of getting a better set of front speakers and saving for a better Sub and Amp packages

Will see whats about though for you.

Ohh and Welcome to Cliosport!

halfords were doing a fusion sub and amp set, special offer for £150, that was with the wiring set aswel and is supposed to be a great piece of kit!

A sun and amp set with cabling for £150 WILL NOT sound good, dont care what anyone says will sound poo! rather have decent components!

The sub and amp doesnt matter lads. Ive got that all sorted;).

Still on the look out for good front components may stretch the budget up to £80 so get some better component sets.

lol...

he asked for a sub and amp for 150.. if thats his budget then surely posting something within that budget would help... i could ask for a £300 sub and you could always say... well save up and get something better geez.

if he wants bass then even an splx sub would do that, at only 40 so 150 could get something decent, after all there is always 2nd hand/ebay....

i got an infinity perfect 12.1 and a nice maystar amp for £140... sounds pretty good when it was set up correctly
