Recommend a Quick Detailer

Car  200 Gordini
Clayed, Polished, Sealed and Waxed my car at the weekend now I'm looking for a good QD to use between washes.

I've used Onyx wax if that makes a difference.

i would just use megs last touch after you've washed the car to bring back the shine.

if you use a strong QD between washes it would probally strip the wax and protection as well as inflicting swirl marks. IMO

you what :S

for me quick detailer is always a choice between clearkote and the britemax one.

lol:o Iv used megs qd and i think its ace. and smells amazing!

I was going to get the megs last touch but im looking for something a bit more, say in the higher end of the market. The britemax QD looks good.
Any more?

Greenalex - Quick detailer doesn't "strip down the wax and protection" and certainly wont induce swirling. Washing with a sponge does that :o

He said between washes. if the car was dirty, then i reccon it will make swirl marks dont you? if not why do you wash your car just use QD all the time:)

Between washes persuming he washes his car first :S Why would you want to put QD on a dirty car

Well from the way i read the OP i would assume he... eg. washes his car once a week and then during the week wanted to give his car a going over with QD inbetween washes. ?

Well i actually meant to apply after a wash BUT i guess i'm looking for something to put on if i want to tidy my paint up a day or 2 later.
I don't think QD would strip LSP's though

well there is many for you to choose from as said.

ive used last touch and the britemax one and they were both pretty good.

i have also used AG insant show shine. this was pretty rubbish and seamed more like a polish to me:S

i wouldnt use the QD after two days of driving but it depends on how dirty it gets. my car is usually filthy after two days so i would wash it again rather than inflict swirl marks, no matter how much or how good the QD is.

AG instant show shine scares me as a QD no way it will safely lift light grime !

I would not trust any QD to replace a wash if the car has had any real use.
