Recommend me a h/u and speakers

Looking to replace the hu and front speakers on my ph1 172. Want a cd and iPod player and ideally spend circa 120 on the hu and 80 on front coaxils, don't want to mess around fitting components or crossovers Amos etc. some good deals on hu at halfords just now not sure what to get? Also should I bother replacing the rears?

i would say alpine do the best HU's and JL audio door speakers
