Recommended clutch for 172 track car?

Hi everyone

I'm currently having my 172 Cup track car recommissioned.

The engine is out, it's having a new belt set, manifold and while it's out I would like to install a gripper diff and clutch.

What is the consensus on clutches for these cars?

I'm out of touch and could use some advice,

Many thanks

If you're not running boost I can't see the point in running anything other than the standard clutch, maybe if you fit an aftermarket flywheel that requires it?

The standard one is a tough unit. Just swapped mine out at 91k because the release bearing had gone, it still had quite a lot of life left in it. That's with track use as well 😊
