Refitting Xenons

The previous owner replaced the Xenons on my 182 with standard headlights after the xenons started leaking/steaming up or something.

Am I right in thinking that these parts are easily interchangeable?

How much difference do the xenons make? Is it worth trying to find a set, or should I just stick with the standard lights?

I went from standard headlights in my Trophy to Xenons and it is 100 times better with far better output of light.

The bumper and grill need to come off to do it but if you know what you are doing and where to take the bolts and nuts out you will have it done in 30mins
