Refurb or New?!

Just a quick one, how good is refurbing? Bought the cup 4 weeks ago and getting to that fussy perfectionist bit.
Basically just wondering how much they can do with the refurbing, 3 of the wheels are curbed to f**k but the other 2 are bubbling so can that be fixed or when they are corroding is it time for new rims?

yeah they will strip them right down and sort them out.

after a refurb they will be as good as new
