relocating coil pack

  F4R'd ITB'd '92 cup racer
i know the ITB boys do this when removing the inlet, can you do this whilst leaving the inlet in place, or is there only one way the leads can run under the inlet?

i now this probably isnt a common question, its either that or i block the bonnet vent (its letting water get to the coil pack)

cheers for any info

The leads are really tight under the left hand side of the inlet. I dunno if you'd be able to get some longer leads (Individuals from Halfords or something) and route it under the right hand side of the plenum and bolt the coil pack to the bulkhead....
