Remap

My car is running a 98RON map from an RSTuner which was done before i bought the car.

I have plugged the car into my brothers RSTuner and i have been given this information.

Is it possible from this picture to confirm that my car defiantly has been remapped and how is it possible to get the car back to standard?

Would i A) need to buy an RSTuner and do it myself or B) take it to somewhere like RSTuning to get it done?

Pretty sure you need the original files plus an rs tuner to load them back on. Why do you want to go back to standard?

My car is doing my head in and its starting to pi$$ me off.

When i start the car from cold the revs go from 500rpm to 2000rpm and bounce up and down for a few mins.
This then stops once the car has been driven and only does it from cold.
My Bank 1 lambda sensor has thrown up a fault again and i have changed everything apart from injectors and i have a funny feeling that my car is over fuelling as when its running on idle at 800/900rpm there is a heavy smell of petrol from the exhaust.

If i get it all back to standard (MAP) i can start from the start and try and sort out my problems.

Yeah my 172 ran a load better on the 98ron map. Maybe worth replacing the injectors too?

Thing is you will still need the orig files, the only way to get them i would imagine is A)Flashed from Renault/New ECU or B)Someone sends you the orig files from the same ECU? as you would need to upload it back to the car. Worth trying to get in contact with previous owner and see if he/she still has the orig cal files?

thats not going to be down to the map. RStuner maps are really not that dramatically different from standard. You need to give the car to someone to properly find the fault rather than throw parts at the problem
