Remote central locking

Doesnt work and when the key is turned in the lock its stiff and the central locking doesn't work
Any ideas what it could be

1998 Kangoo - sure its based on a clio

Check the connector from the door to the car boy (there a big plug) also check the fuses then take the door pasnel off anc check sounds like the wiring has come astray.
