remote power lead

hi peeps.. Ive just bought myself a second hand Infinity Basslink. Well it was an ex-demo. Im going to be hooking it up to the standard head unit for the time being. Thing is... is it worth buying a speaker wire to rca converter to use rca leads... or should I just use the speaker level inputs (it didnt come with the leads for it though)

and If I use the rcas where is the best place to hook up the remote power lead on the standard head unit??

Remote can be run out of the fuse box off of somethin that come n with ignition, like the radio. Its only a tiny drain so no need to worry!
