Remote Tuning Options

I'm looking for options on tuning my car remotely as I'm a UK expat living out in the middle East and recently acquired an RS 197 team f1. It's had an engine build and a few mods and now needs tuning to maximise the work.

What are my options and can anyone recommend any good tuners who could help.
