Removal of dashboard strips

Hi, I sending my dashboard strips and inserts to spray shack but need to know how to remove the strips, can anyone help!!

Open the glove box , and pull up and out from the bottom of the strip

Other side you pull from the left side outwards
Both need a bit of force

Yea mate really simple. As said they're just clipped on.
Glovebox side is easy. Just open it and pull on the bottom.
Driver side same principle, just a little harder to get an angle to pull on. Screwdriver can help.

Use a spoon.... works like a charm pop it right out

Just get a grip underneath it and pull mate. They literally just pull out with a bit of force. Don't worry, they won't break.

Mine had been covered in carbon vynil wrap. Thought the passenger side one was squeaking so yanked it from the bottom whilst driving and it flew in to the back of the car. Just give them a firm tug from underneath and they'll give, they can flex a little without breaking.
