Removal of side impact sensors 172

Hi, I have removed my airbags in the car using resistors to fool the system that the bags are present but I was wondering if there was any way I could rid myself of the side impact sensors as when they are unplugged the service light comes on. I would like these removed and no warning lights on. Can the system be fooled with resistors ?

Speak to someone with CLIP knowledge,

I know of people who have removed the impact sensors but have just left the lights on the dash.
