Remove 2 bolts from underside of the car, where slam panel attaches to the bumper.
Remove front wheel arches (just pop rivets)
Remove the 2 bolts from behind the bumper inside wheel arch (1 either side)
Unclip fog lamps.
With a bit of force and wiggling the bumper should detach from the wings and come away from the car.
I think that's it, there might be a couple of bolts to take off at the front of the engine bay, I can't remember.
