Remove rear seats

Apart from the huge bolt in the middle what else is needed to be undone to remove the top half of the rear seats?

Want to replace the mud covered bug infested ones the previous owners left me with

theres a bolt that goes into the floor which has a torx head, and then the bolt just above that which runs horizontal that clamps the 70/30 section together. Believe thats all. Be careful with the torx bolt though, mines fubared and i cant get any purchase on it to get the b*****d out because of the angle it goes in

Yeah just found them and dont have the right sizes

Even worst is the plastic bit you have to take off the get access to them is now half broke too, removed the large bolts holding it down and got the left one out fine but the right was being a b**ch, I put more force into it and it snapped straight in half, top of the bolt came off and the other half is still stuck in the car no way to scure it down on the right hand side now.

PS. what does the plastic bit do? as far as I can see it just holds the boot carpet down :S

Doesn't even do that, it's a cover for the iso fix bar, which can be removed unless you want to fit a baby seat?

Ohh right, what a useless thing to have then, ill get some rubber grommets to cover the holes up below it and leave that in the garage then lol
