In that I have the mother in laws iPad, she has forgotten the email address used to set it up (appears as t*****@f******.com) and can no longer use it. I think she entered the lock code to many times incorrectly and now the activation lock is active. I want to wipe the device to clear the activation lock, tried in DFU mode but the lock still remains......

I guess the last resort would to be contact orange and try to get them to release details of all email addresses held by them as I have a feeling the @f*****.com is fsmail.com now run by orange?
