Removing black strip on rear bumper?

Anyone know how to remove the black strip on the rear bumper on 172/182's?

Think it just clips in place. Best removed from behind to avoid snapping. Bumper off I believe.

I removed mine from the front with a flat head screwdriver with a cloth over it quite easily, go from side 2 side and work towards the middle 2 stop it from twisting and it should just pop off mate
