Removing bumbers help please

I want to get my bump strips sprayed and i have read on here that you have to remove the bumpers to take off the bump strips.

Does anyone know how to take off the bumpers? Or is there a way to get the bump strips off without taking off bumpers?

My car is a clio 1.5 dCi 100. Thanks
