removing bump strip from rear door???

as above really, i have a 5 door mk2 phase 2 and am about to colour code. front door strips and bullets came off fine but the rear door bump strips seem to be a bugger to get off.
Anyone know how?

Its in the guide section i think, but you need to cough up the tenner!

push towards the front doot... front door needs to be open.

what i found was useful, was get a spray can... deodrant, wd40 spray paint and use the bottom of it where it bevels into the can, its perfect for not damaging the bump strips and paint, then just give it a little knock with palm of your hand!!!
