Removing bump strips

How easy is it to remove the bump strips on the Clio? the fronts on the bumper, sides and the rear? and the 16v badge. Thinking of taking these off and trying a good old bit of painting. any one know of a guide?

side piss easy mate, open your doors, slide the front ones towards the rear and the rears towards the front.

the front bumper ones require alot of pulling and are a b**ch, but keep at it.

the rear has to have the rear bumper taken off.

if you need that explaining PM as im off out and cant be arsed now lol
