removing bumper and replacing headlight washer.

how do you get the front bumper off cant find a guide for a Mk2 and also is the headlight washer easy to change once its off?

can it be done with the bumper on?!

I managed to change the passenger side washer without taking off the bumper, took 15 mins to do. Simples
