i have a 1999 clio so it may be slightly different but you have some at the bottom and one behind the door handle and one in the bit you use to pull the door shut its held on with some mastic stuff you need to give it a good pull
Not 100% sure of the back but im sire theres a bolt for the seat belts iirc and a couple of hidden screw but i cant remember where at the moment - gotta love kronenberg

yeah there is a circle, so how do you lift the circle as its in an awkward place?

pretty simple and easy to work out when you look at them, take out the screw in the door handle (under the bug) then the 3 or for screws on the bottom. Work your way up from the bottom pulling so it unclips all the panel clips, you will hear they sound like there breaking, then once these are all done you can lift the door card upwards of the window seal. Rears if I remember you undo the seat belt bit that goes into the door car and I think you might have to take the door pillar plastics off(long while since I done it) then they just unclip away from the car. You will need to take the seat out to do this. Hope that helps. Mitch
