removing fogs

anybody tried removing fogs off a mk2 172/cup? would appreciate procedure to avoid buggering up the bumper/fogs etc.

yeah i did it.

well easy, jack car up, remove sh*tguard, theres 2/3 screws that hold it in place-undo those and unclip the wire.
