Removing Front Bumper HELP!

I need some help, I need to know how to remove the front bumper on a MK2 ph2!

No! I want to put it back on! after i put in my fogs!

theres a Guide in the Guide Section im sure of it...bout 8 bolts or somin

right open bonnet top of grill there 2 clips twist the middle bit a little then pull it up and pull the whole thing out underneath there are 3 10mm bolts holding it to the subframe. then the arch liners one T20 screw though the bumper by the wheels and one underneath. a mushrom at the front of the liner underneath peel the plastic back and each side theres a 10mm bolt going upwards though the wing then pull it off out the wings slighty down and out to remove them pull forwards it will take 2 people
