Removing grease from inside of alloy

Bought some wheels of someone, and around the inside of one of the rims, there is a coating of grease/oil.

What can I use to get it off? I've tried alloy wheel cleaner, but it won't shift it. Anything that will remove it? It's a few mm thick.

Salts not a cleaning agent . Its added to soften the water therefore giving more foam which attacks the grease , like you find in your 3 in 1 dishwater tablets . As said either auotglym engine and machine cleaner or fairy powerspray .Wd40 also breaks down grease and is good for using as black plastic trim restorer .

Saw some engine degreaser for £1.76 in the local hardware store, so thought it was worth a chuckle. Must have been acid as it came straight off lol.
