Removing Interior Light Unit?HELP

Hi everyone. So I'm wanting to have a go at carbon wrapping some of the interior panels in my car and i was wondering if it is possible to remove the interior light unit. I'm assuming that its just a case of prying it off with a flat head but wanted to check that's the correct way to remove it before i have a go.

Bingo. There's a little groove in the unit (usually on the side closest to the driver) that you can use to prise it out.
