Removing Light/Rain Sensor to Remove RV Mirror

The RV Mirror glass in my 182 is really crappy so Ive got a replacement coming, Ive had a look/search at removing my old mirror doesnt look easy with the sensor there as the mirror mount slides up.

How do you remove the sensor so I can slide the mirror off?

Really want to get this right as I dont want to fork out for a new screen or sensor if I balls up!
