Removing little dints?

Is this a pro only job? I've got two little dints in my boot lid and I'd like them
Out obviously and wondered if I could do it myself?

If so, how?

I've got two dints in my passenger door (centre) and i was told by the dint men of the north west either over £200 or to buy a new door case (£90) give a salvage yard a call and check out their prices on a car that had front impact
