removing load sensing valve - MOT

If i remove the load sensing valve and plumb straight from master cylinder to rear calipers will my car pass mot?

yes as long as brake perfomance isnt made worse enough to fail rbt test

on saxo vts. - wanting to remove it as its mainly for track, but want to keep it road legal

The load sensing valve is this so the rear wheels dont lock up while the vehicle is unladen but will have the maximum braking efficency when it's fully laden.
