Removing mk1 rear seats

Did do a search on this but it just isnt making sense....
Can someone tell me in a r****d step by step way on how to get the back seats out of a MK1 clio.

Also is there surpose to be random wires running underneath them cos my whole car is full of wires :S

the lower bit (wher ur arse goes) flop them forward then just kinda wiggle them about abit and they will just slid out. the back part, unclip at the top and fold down. then at the base eitehr side u have to flip the little clasp up and push out. as for the wires? there are some, its part of a lume feeding the speakers adn lights etc, but if u got an amp etc ur gonna have power leas, audio leads and remote wires all heading back there....
