Removing MK3 badges?

Can any one tell me how to get the front diamond off? does it just pull off like the mk2's?

Also how to the rear badges come off?

Fronts hel on tight with 4 slips you can yank it off no doubt gut i got mine off when i removed the front bumper to do the HID's

Rear just prise it off with a Screw driver i dont advise yanking the center bit off as youll lose the clip in the boot lid !!!
