Anyone that has removed the power steering...did you replace the PAS pump with an idler pulley or can the belt just be re-routed?
I have a 172 cup alternator set up (air con has been removed) and i'm now going to swap over to a Saxo PAS pump. Only concern now is how it will all work now with the pump pulley removed - anyone got any advice/experience?
I want to get whatever required ordered asap to save me scratching my head and trying to bodge something together!
