Removing Recaros for standards help

Unfortunately i will soon have to sell my mint Monaco due to getting a company car I am considering swapping the current Recaros out for some standard 172 seats before the sale .. what will i need to take out with the recaros to sell them exactly ? rails/subframes etc?

Really easy mate, 4 bolts for each under the car, so will just need a socket!

Seats and bases/runners/rails I'd imagine.

Afaik they unbolt from under the car

but do i need to sell the rails with the Recaros or will they fit on standard ones in 1*2s?
