Removing Reg Plate?

Basically wondering whats the best method to remove a registration plate thats been attached with what looks like double sided glue/tape strips? I dont really want to damage the reg plate either if possible.

Apply a bit of heat with a hairdyer and it should just pull off.

No wonder its not a recommended method of attaching reg plates if its so easily removed!

or use dental floss aswell as heat like cheese wire

lol - It is still a look harder to remove then velcro or screws !

And take it slow as not to take off paint
