removing reserve price on ebay???

how do you remove the reserve price off an item on ebay? i've tried revising it but no luck? am i missing something?

Rewvise your item and then go into Payment details I think.
It can be done but you wont get a Refund for your reserve price fee!

should be.. you can still change the reserve price even if theres bids on the item..

no mate, wont seem to even give me option regarding the reserve, emailed ebay but they where useless
